You're right! :)) We should all shut up and give up our right to free speech! :)) Al DiMeola is beyond criticism! :)) He is a guitar god and no mortals can speak about him EVER AGAIN in the history of the world! :))

The other 4 would be Henderson, Metheny, Howe, and Benson?
petar870602 (October 3, 2008 at 8:39 am)
why do you put greg howe into these big players?
we are we are talking about insanely good...world class
howe isnt worth to be in that list
but benson,matheny and henderson are
BamBam56 (October 11, 2008 at 7:07 pm)
maybe he's talking about Steve Howe from Yes?
I don't know he's just another awesome player.

ok maybe not greg howe, although he has some great chops. Maybe Carl Verheyen?
RicardusVincencius (December 8, 2008 at 4:28 pm)
You have to include Steve Morse in any great list of players, along with Guthrie Govan. I can do without Al DiMeola, though. In my opinion he's never written one note of decent music, and if you search for a video up here called SEQUENCER that he did in the 80's, his musician's union license should be revoked based on that. :-)

please dont speak about al di meola! :))
you dont know what you actually are talking about..no one of us here has the right to speak about people that changed the instrument..
