Top game,not cheap although it has come down in price now.
i have improved my fitness lots using it 3 times a week for the past few months .lost about 5 kilos.also eating healthy.

wii fit could work. the real thing u got to do in order to lose wieght is balance ur diet yeah u can play wii fit but always remember go for walks or something as well if u do all 3 u should deff lose wieght.. n if u got a tredmill that will b another plus i got all of them and i eat better so im losin alot of wieght it comes down to if ur determind to lose wieght then u will
