Simple body weight exercises. Definitely not Plyometrics.

Plyometrics are supposed to set off a myotatic reflex. No way that is happening here.

Still, good basic beginner type body weight exercise for those just getting started.

At least the girls are pretty!

how do you still have boobs? i keep hearing that if you exercise you loose them and the same about dieting, i have them now and i wanna get fit but im afraid ill loose my boobs if i start doin it :/

That isn't necessarily true. "boobs" are made up of fat and muscle some women have more fatty tissue and others more muscular tissue. When you lose weight (fat weight not water weight) you will lose the some of the fat in your breasts but not all of it and proportionally you probably won't notice a difference. You may even like them better because as you tone all the muscles in that region your breats will begin to look "perkier".

hahahahaha...no way ure gonna loose your boobs..if u are fat and u get slimer maibe they will be a little smoler but they wont desapair...

If you lose all your bodyfat then yeah, the boobs will probably get a bit smaller but there's no need to do so if it's already at a healthy level.

Also. training pectorials will have a nice pushup effect on them.
