Okay, viewers, as goofy as this video is..you have to consider this - more than half the enjoyment of sex comes from enthusiasm and being "in the mood" and yoga helps you to relax, in addition to making you more physically limber, of course. But it's becoming mentally more limber that is the most important thing.
