I tried the last exercise in this video and I had a difficult time breathing. Does anybody know how you are supposed to breath with your belly pressed up against the bench? It is a great exercise but I cant breath.

First of all she is mostly east asian, so she is by nature lean/low muscle mass/etc. Her mix only helps her genetically, and ultimately working out a lot will keep her as she is. If you see people like this out of competition season, when off diuretics, tanning, and crazy diets, they are fit but normal looking. You'll notice that in her other media. What I want to know is who makes the song midway through, the Cuban type sound. She's done a great job, but most things are genetic. Realize this.
