omg thx for putting these FREE very helpful videos online!! Im 13 and im not overweight or anything but i recently gained weight i wanna put off (holidays lol) so im using these vids and eating super healthy to help me and its working!!! almost gone!! but lemme tell you, after 2 weeks of not excercising this was super hard lol!
