when it says '60 triangles on level 1 and 2' does that mean 60 each level, or 30 each level?

It has been answered before:
you use 60 triangles to make the first two layers, it's 30 for each layer.

i use regular note book paper and it work for me

a4 paper is the name on the UK, in the USA is the 8.5x11 I believe
