Beautiful Minds: Stephen Wiltshire

Back

Stephen Wiltshire from London is a star among savants. Stephen is autistic. He did not speak his first words "pencil" and "paper" until he was 5. Yet, when he was 11 he drew a perfect aerial view of London after only one helicopter ride. For this film we're testing the "Living camera" in Rome. (ColourField production)

It's really funny isn't it??

People call autistic people retarded but autistic people have a higher IQ than most non autistics.

Autism is getting more and more common.

So could the world be evolving more advanced?? I'd say yes because autistic people have out standing IQS

Autism could be the new race. With autistic people around we could one day be able to travel at the speed of light.

These guys have something very special.

actually most of them have low IQ, but there are some autistic people with amazing skills or IQs. but it's still really rare.

i bet he cant draw his girlfriend from memory....oops....he doesnt have one.
EnvyMyIgnorance (December 6, 2008 at 12:11 am)
He's an idiot savant you twit. His priority isn't getting laid like your simple-simon dumbass.

"Sex" is the most BASIC of primitive instincts. Cavemen had girlfriends before they could draw.

Understand the analogy?

Also, it's been proven that a HUGE majority of idiot savants have a extraordinary memory.

Bottom line, this guys cooler than you'll ever be.
